Setting Up Never Lose Touch™

SuperPhone® understands the value of simplicity. Setting up Never Lose Touch™ is as easy as it gets. Once logged into your SuperPhone® account, navigate to the contact panel of the specific individual you want to stay in touch with. At the bottom, you'll find the message options - click the fire emoji, and voila! You've opened the Never Lose Touch™ settings for that contact.

Tailor-Made Touchpoints

One of the standout features of Never Lose Touch™ is the ability to customize your outreach. The feature allows you to choose the frequency of your messages, ranging from daily to yearly. Whether it's a quick check-in every morning or a quarterly check-in, Never Lose Touch™  adapts to your unique preferences. You even have the flexibility to decide when your messages are sent. Whether it's a cheerful greeting in the morning, a motivational message in the afternoon, or a calming note at night, you're in control. Your messages reach your contacts when they're most likely to be appreciated.

How to leverage Never Lose Touch™ with VIP contacts

Using the VIP feature and the Never Lose Touch™ feature in unison makes for a simple communications strategy. A contact can be tagged as a VIP by selecting the three dots in the contact panel and choosing ‘Add VIP.’

For easy reference, when a contact is a VIP, their photo icon is a hexagon. When a contact has Never Lose Touch™ enabled, their photo icon is gold. When a contact is a VIP with Never Lose Touch™ enabled, their photo icon is a gold hexagon.
